~ Dreikirchen, 12.10.2024 ~

Dreikirchen is a village in the Westerwald region. I once passed through by accident and thought it looked charming, so I returned to take some photos of it.

Its name translates to “three churches”, so I wanted to see all three.

The village is quite small; really only a single street with a few smaller ones branching off. It has a bakery, a few charming old farmstreads and houses, and a few busineses at the outskirts.

I hope the third titular church was this chapel in the cemetery, or else I missed one.
