~ Nierendorf, 19.02.2022 ~

I happened upon Nierendorf by accident. It lies in a little valley out of the way of any major roads.

Its main street – out of perhaps five total – is charmingly lined with old timbed-framed houses and a 19th century church.

Its interior is beautifully furnished with intact stained glass windows and ornately carved wooden furniture.

Nierendorf is very small, but what little is there is very charming. A happy discovery.
