~ Somewhere, 09.04.2021 ~

I set out towards Bad Neuenahr, and thought it would be a shortcut to cross the forest instead of following the Ahr.

Walking around Bad Bodendorf seemed to take longer than going through it would have, but I was undaunted by this omen.

To summarise, I ended up taking a long and boring detour around the golf course and almost ended up in Kirchdaun again.

I came to the foot of the Landskrone, but didn't have the time to climb it again, and descended into Heppingen instead.
